This is an example of a typical news story ready for on-air broadcast. The journalist would provide a basic script. A voice over was prerecorded and footage ingested. These edits are turned around in less than an hour.
Intro, outro, graphics and sound levels are added during broadcast. Captioning was automated. I have added basic captioning for the purpose of this portfolio.

Summit Kids Grand Opening
This was a freelance edit job for Dreadnaught Digital. The footage, music and LUTs were provided. A handful of speech sound bytes were also preselected.

This a concept promo for St-Fox, a custom suit tailor. This was a shoot with the edit in mind for for a quick, punchy edit using in camera transitions and speed ramping.

Maxwell Dental
This was an ongoing freelance edit job for Brandwashed, a digital marketing agency. I produced close to 20 vlogs. Each vlog had a long YouTube version and a 1 minute cut-down for Instagram. The footage and topic was provided. I selected music, stock pictures and footage overlays and final sound byte selection.
